• Role-based dashboards and access controls

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

5. Data Ownership and Usage

You retain all ownership rights to the data you upload to the Service ("Customer Data"), including call recordings, transcripts, and performance information. You grant us a limited license to use Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service.

We own all rights to the Service, including our software, algorithms, AI models, interfaces, and documentation. These Terms do not grant you any intellectual property rights in the Service.

5.3 Usage Analytics

You acknowledge that AI-generated insights are not a substitute for human judgment and should be reviewed by qualified personnel before making decisions based on them.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YAPPIT AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yappit AI, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to:

12. Dispute Resolution
